6. Power Like a Lightning Strike

Chartreuse, Lime, Matcha, Slime, Brat, Wicked. Whatever you want to call it, this green loud, unapologetic, and always in the spotlight.

I tend to avoid greens in my work, often simply allowing it to be a suggestion where yellow and teal overlap. But, following the release of Charli XCX’s BRAT Album, I knew I had to paint a series in this electric, rebellious green.

What does it mean to be brat? It's about embracing the chaos, owning the mess, and being confident anyway. 

These pieces are painted on heavyweight (600lb) cotton paper, have a subtle touch of gold shimmer, and are sealed with a satin varnish.
