Shipping & Refund Policy
Please allow me 10 business days to process and carefully package your order. When your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number via Shippo. All artwork will be insured for the purchase price, and orders over $500 USD will require a signature.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address during checkout. If your package is returned to me because of incorrect address information, a shipping fee will be invoiced to you before I can ship the order again.
Buyers outside the US are responsible for their country's duties and customs fees. I will not falsify information to circumvent these charges. Customs slips for packages leaving my studio will be filled out accurately and honestly for insurance purposes in the event of loss or damage.
Returns and Refunds:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the sensitive nature of packing and shipping artwork, returns will not be accepted.
Please note - I do my absolute best to take photos that accurately represent the colors used in the artwork. However, this is challenging when every device displays colors differently. Slight variations in color due to monitor settings (and each person's unique ability to perceive color) are normal and expected. I am always happy to provide additional photos of a piece to help you feel confident in your selection.
Unfortunately, postal delays have become common, especially during November-December. Orders may take longer than expected to arrive. Please reference your tracking number to follow your package.
In the event that your tracking says the package has been delivered, and you still don't have it, I ask that you please check with your neighbors to eliminate the possibility of accidental delivery to the wrong address before contacting me.
In the rare event that a package is truly lost, contact me and we will work together to file a claim with the carrier.
Refunds will only be considered in the event of loss or damage incurred during transit.
Packages and artwork must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery. If your box arrives damaged, you must photograph the exterior of the box prior to opening the package. Photos of the box exterior, interior packaging, and damaged artwork are required for a refund to take place.
